well no some dogs have hair and that means that they don't shed wich is good for people who want a dog but are alergect to them.Some dogs have no fur or hair and they are called nacide dogs.

dogs are quite prici that is why it is nice to adout from a dog shelter plus you will be helping a dog or puppy. But if you don't be ready to pull a little bit more cash out of your pockets! also, full breeds are more expencive than mut or a mixed breed. I got my dog for about 500 dollers! WOW!
